Welcome to MinBudget. By registering or using our services, you accept these terms of use. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Service Description
MinBudget is a personal financial coaching and budgeting platform that helps you take control of your finances. The service includes budgeting, expense and income tracking, debt management, savings goals, Lyxfällan boards, AI coaching, and visualization of your financial progress.
The service is offered via minbudget.se and related applications. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
2. Registration and Account
To use MinBudget you must create an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information when registering
- keep your login credentials confidential
- notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- not transfer your account to others
3. Subscription and Payment
MinBudget offers a free trial period. After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access to all features. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
All prices are stated including VAT where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid. We may restrict or terminate your access in the event of failed payment.
4. Use of the Service
You may use MinBudget only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You may not: use the service for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; disrupt or overload the service; copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software belong to MinBudget or our licensors. You may not use our brand or content without written permission.
You retain ownership of your own data that you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data to deliver the service.
6. Liability and Warranties
MinBudget is provided "as is". We strive for high quality but do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits.
You are solely responsible for financial decisions you make based on information from the service. MinBudget is a coaching tool, not a financial advisor.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Upon cancellation, you will revert to the free tier or lose access depending on your choice.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms or for other reasons we deem necessary.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the service at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts.
If any provision is found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
